Sponsoring a part of the congress ensures all delegates are aware of your brand and of what your company is offering.

Opportunities available are:
• Gold sponsor SEK 380 000
• Silver sponsor SEK 220 000
• Bronze sponsor SEK 110 000

All sponsorship packages above include an exhibition space, size dependent on package chosen.


It is the express intention of the Organising Committee to ensure that participating companies receive a fair market value in return for their generous support. All sponsors will therefore receive the following benefits:

• Acknowledgement with company logo with link to your website on the congress website
• Editorial entry in the final programme
• Acknowledgement with company logo in final programme
• Company name and logo on sponsors’ acknowledgement boards, which will be prominently displayed
at the congress venue
• Use of congress logo on company communications relating to Beauty through Science

Additional sponsorship items

Live demonstration, Saturday June 6 (non-exclusive) SEK 75 000

As a sponsor of one of the live demonstrations you are entitled to have your product (such as implant or
injectible) used and highlighted during the session. Details of the session to be discussed further with the
Scientific Committee.

Workshop (non-exclusive) SEK 50 000

A session room for up to 65 people will be provided, standard A/V included. The sponsor will nominate
speakers and chairpersons and will be responsible for arranging the session. The sponsor will cover
costs for speakers and chairpersons such as travel, honoraria and registration fees. Program to be
approved by Scientific Committee. Time and session room to be discussed upon application.
The sponsor can include one dedicated slide on electronic message boards placed in the exhibition area and registration foyer. Session included in a joint email promoting all sponsored workshops.

Confirmed sponsors (bronze and higher) have the first priority to workshop slots. Please note that the
number of workshop slots are limited and allocated according to sponsorship level.

Branding - Balcony (Exclusive) SEK 25 000

Additional exposure of your brand through signage on the balcony in the exhibition area. Approx. 7 signs will be displayed. Please see example below:

Branding - Stairs (2 available) SEK 15 000

Additional exposure of your brand through signage on the stairs leading up to level 5 in the exhibition area. Every fourth step is dedicated to your signage. Please see example below:

Charging station (plus actual cost) SEK 20 000

This will be located in the exhibition area and will provide delegates with a facility to charge
mobile phones and laptops. Sponsor branding will be visible in this area and sponsor will be
acknowledged in the final program.

Joining Instructions SEK 15 000

The welcome letter will be distributed electronically to all registred delegates to the congress and will provide them
with useful information to help with their journey to, and arrival in Stockholm.
The sponsoring company’s logo will appear prominently at the bottom of the page, together with a
link to your own website.

Allocation of exhibition space

Sponsoring companies are given priority choice of booth location. After receipt of a signed partnership agreement, booth space will be confirmed and an invoice sent.

Exhibitor registration

All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive 2 badges/6m² or 4m². The exhibitor badges are personal and will display name and company.  Exhibitor registrations can only be used by company staff and gives access to the exhibition area only.

Terms of payment

Exhibition and sponsorship fees will be invoiced 100% at time of booking.

The payment will be settled by invoice from the Congress team: All about meetings AB. All invoices must be paid prior to arrival. Build up will NOT be allowed if a balance is outstanding. All about meetings AB reserves the right to pass on costs incurred for payment of fees in any currency other than SEK.

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress team and the following cancellation policy will be enforced for Gold, Silver and Bronze packages as well as exhibition space and other sponsorship items.

100% of the contract price if the cancellation is received within 6 months prior to the congress.

Please respect the height restriction at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre of 2.5 m.

WiFi is provided free of charge within the congress centre during the whole congress. A fixed internet connection can be purchased from the congress centre.

Electric Standards
An electrical outlet 10A, 230 V max 2000W and a power strip with three outlets is included in each booth. This is sufficient for up to 5 laptops and 5 spotlights. If needed, additional electricity can be purchased.

Force majeure

The Organizers reserve the right to modify dates, time schedules, floor plans and programs caused by “Force Majeure”.

“Force majeure” is defined as incidents beyond anyone’s control, extenuating circumstances out of the control of the Organizers (such as but not limited to general strike, invasions, hostilities, war, rioting or similar situations which prevent performance of the contract) or acts-of-God (such as but not limited to epidemics, floods, volcanic eruption, earthquakes or other convulsions of nature and other acts). In that case, the application remains binding.

In the case of event cancellation caused by, or resulting from, directly or indirectly “Force Majeure”, the Organizers will notify the Exhibitor. The contract between the BTS and the Exhibitor shall automatically terminate, and BTS may retain as liquidated damages any and all fees paid by the Exhibitor.


Exhibitors are advised to be fully ensured by their own insurance policy including, but not limited to, risks to their property and goods, public liability, and loss or damage caused by circumstantial reasons such as fire, water, theft, and accidents.

Exhibitors shall insure against, indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless with respect to all costs, claims, demands and expenses to which the Organizer may in any way be subjected as a result of any loss to the public or any persons present at the event, caused as a result of any act of the default of the Exhibitors and their affiliates, agents and contractors.
